Silver Beaver Nominations 2016

The Silver Beaver Award recognizes adult Scout volunteers who have made an impact on the lives of youth in the Theodore Roosevelt Council through service given to the council.  The award  was introduced  by the Boy Scouts of America in 1931 and is a council‐level distinguished service award of the Boy Scouts of America.

Nomination Period for 2016 is January 15 to March 31, 2016

The award is made to those who do not actively seek it; please keep your nominations confidential.   A committee of council and district volunteers  will begin review of nominations in early April.  Any registered adult Scouter (21 or older) who has a record of quality service to Scouting, his or her community, and non-Scouting youth, is eligible for nomination.
