Leadership
The Theodore Roosevelt Council, Inc. delivers the Scouting through more than 200 civic, faith-based, and educational organizations called chartered organizations, which operate individual Scouting units in their local communities.
Representatives from each chartered organization and community members at large, including leaders from business, civic, professional, social, and religious interests meet annually to elect the Council’s Executive Board.
The Council is separated in 15 Service Areas that are led by volunteers and directly serve Scout units.
