Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted on this form (click to download) to the Council Service Center at least two weeks prior to your week at camp. If a refund request is received less than two weeks prior to camp, but before camp starts, the maximum refund will be 50% of fee paid. Refund payments will be made after  September 1.
