REGISTRATION FEES (INCLUDES EVENT REGISTRATION, WEEKEND PROGRAM, 4 MEALS, AND PARTICIPANT PATCH)

Early Registration – Payments received by May 23, 2016 qualify for the rate of $35.00.

Late Registration – Payments received on or after May, 24 and by June 3, 2016 qualify for a rate of $50.00.

Extended Registration - Payments received on or after June 4, 2016 qualify for a rate of $55.00.

Saturday Only Registration – Payments received by May 23, 2016 qualify for the rate of $30.00 and includes Saturday Registration, Saturday Program, 3 meals and participant patch.

Late Saturday Only Registration – Payments received on or after May 24, 2016 qualify for the rate of $40.00 and includes Saturday Registration, Saturday Program, and 3 meals. Participant patch is not guaranteed.

New Brother Registration – New Ordeal Brothers can register at the “Early” rates until June 6th without penalty.

Ktemaque Golden Beaver Members – Until to May 23, 2016, register normally and enter “Golden Beaver” for your registration fee. If you register after May 23th you will be responsible for paying the $15 late fee.

Planning to Fail: Geared toward advisors. Learn techniques for effectively advising youth as they make decisions and learn from their mistakes.

"The Difference": A training to discover “the difference”. All Kintecoying, Ktemaque and Shinnecock will attend together.

OA Opportunities With Past and Present Regional and National Officers:  Presentation from past and present region and national officers on how the OA has provided opportunities for them and the impact it has had on their lives.

Section Officers Iced Tea Chat:  An open forum discussion for youth lodge officers and future lodge leaders and our section team.

Section Adviser's Coffee Chat: Come enjoy a hot cup of coffee with Section Advisor Glenn Greubel! Interested on moving up as an adult in the OA? Have questions about how the upper levels of the OA work? Looking to better connect with your youth leaders? This is the Session for you!

Becoming a Ceremonialist:  The keys to becoming a ceremonialist and to enhance your skills.

 

Workshops

American Indian Activities: Learn American Indian dances and crafts.

Outdoor Cooking: Learn different ways to cook outdoors from aluminum foil to Dutch oven cooking.

Leave No Trace: Learn the principles of L.N.T. and how to apply them when outdoors.

Order of the Arrow High Adventure: Learn about the different OAHA programs from the Section OAHA Chairman and an Arrowman who earned the OAHA triple crown.
