2018 Sea Base Contingent Information

The council has a Sea Base contingent reservation for President's Week 2018.  This contingent will be departing on either Saturday, February 17, 2018 or Sunday, February 18, 2018. We have reserved for 1 crew of 16 youth and 4 adults for the Sea Exploring Adventure.  The trip will include air fare, ground transportation and the Sea Base fee and is estimated to cost around $1800-2000 depending on air fare.  If there are youth interested they must be 13 years of age and in the 8th grade in the year of attending or 14 years of age. 

 

 

2018 Philmont Contingent Information

The council has a Philmont contingent reservation for the summer of 2018 for two weeks, departing on July 7, 2018 or July 8, 2018 and returning July 21, 2018 or July 22, 2018.  We have 2 crews which consist of 12 participants each.  Leaders are selected and approved by the council.  Each crew has at least 2 adult leaders and up to 4 adults and between 8 and 10 youth.  All effort will be made to keep members of the same troop together.  The trip will include air fare, ground transportation and the Philmont fee and is estimated to cost around $2200 - 2500 depending on air fare.  If there are youth interested they must be 13 years of age and graduated 8th grade in the summer of attending or 14 years of age.

 

 

 

2018  Northern Tier Canoe Trek Ely, Minnesota Contingent Information

The council has a Northern Tier contingent reservation for the summer of 2018.  We have 1 crew which consist of 8 participants.  Leaders are selected and approved by the council.  Each crew has at least 2 adult leaders and between 6  youth.  All effort will be made to keep members of the same troop together.  The trip will include air fare, ground transportation and the Northern Tier fee and is estimated to cost around $2000 - 2200 depending on air fare.  If there are youth interested they must be 13 years of age and graduated 8th grade in the summer of attending or 14 years of age.

 

We are currently accepting reservations with a $150 deposit to reserve your spot to take part in these adventures.  The council policy is on a first come basis. Click Here to complete the 2018 registration form to be included with your deposit
