John Gilligan Award

 

The John Gilligan Award was established to honor those adults who contributed to Scouts with Disabilities.  It was established in honor of John Gilligan, father and Scoutmaster of one of the first Scouts in Troop 30, which was formed to serve boys with disabilities .
